Payment Terms:

Avtar India Tours requires a minimum deposit of 50% or the full booking value,

whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 14 days before departure.

Payment Methods:

PayPal (Credit Card, Bank Transfer)

Cancellation

Any cancellation of the package within the arrival of 60 days would be subject to the penalty of

50% of the total price.

Cancellation occurs between 45 days 50% retention is applied of the total price .

Cancellations between 30 days are subject to 80% retention if the total price is applied .

No refund on cancellation occurs within 15 days before of travel.
